The products may not be sold onto others for profit.
Pricing, payments and refunds
The author reserves the right to change the products’ prices at any time. Postage is included in the price. Full payment is required when you place an order for a product. The refund will be minus any processing costs entailed. If you have already received the product, a refund will only be made if the product is returned unused, in good condition, with its original packaging and within one month of the date of receipt.
Delivery
Delivery can only be to addresses within the United Kingdom. Allow 10 days for delivery and longer periods when the author is on holiday. Your order will be posted to you using Royal Mail 2nd Class mail. The author will endeavour to email you to indicate the date of postage. The author cannot be held responsible for the delivery or the state of the products once the Royal Mail has taken possession of the packaged product(s).
Privacy
The author will treat your personal information as confidential and will only use it to provide the product(s) you purchased. The author will not sell or pass your personal information onto others, except to the extent that this is required to process your order.
