The playing aids come in two formats:

Semi-gloss cards printed on both sides

There are 7 of these, covering the following topics:

  • Preparing to play
  • Playing the game (1)
  • Playing the game (2) – which includes the goulash and the game for 3 players
  • Scoring
  • Special hands
  • Settling up
  • The Goulash – for those who do not want the “Playing the game” cards

These cards come in two sizes:  5″ x 7″ (12.7cm x 17.8cm) and 6½ ” x 8¾” (16.5cm x 22.2cm) for those who would prefer a larger print size.

Thin, vinyl laminated, magnetic cards printed on one side

There are 13 of these.
Besides sticking to your fridge, the cards will stick to one another – back to back . They were designed with this in mind so that the “pairs” contain the same information found on each of the semi-gloss cards (apart from “Playing the game”). They are 5″ x 7″.
though you may not get a perfect alignment

These cards cover the following topics:

  • Preparing to play & Breaking into one wall
  • Playing the game .(3 cards) .& the goulash
  • Basic scoring & Doubling the score
  • Special hands . (2 cards)
  • Settling up . (2 cards)
  • The Symbolic Square . (A Mah-Jong set arranged in The Symbolic Square. This can be used as a back if you opt to get an odd number of rule cards. )
